Komal Chitracar is the senior partner of KB Chitracar & Co, chartered accountants. He established the firm in 1970. He has achieved excellent track record in accountancy practice as auditor and business advisor and gained experience in the audit of various types of public and private sector clients, including a number of international organizations and donor funded programs and projects.

He is fully conversant with International Financial Reporting Standards and International Standards on Auditing. He has undertaken engagements to advise the various corporations on adopting international accounting standards. He has been providing advisory/consultancy services for establishment and operation of industries and financial institutions including feasibility and due diligence studies.

Saurav Rajbhandari is a qualified chartered accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal and is currently serving with KB Chitracar & Co as Audit manager. He has more than six years of professional experience in auditing and assurance services. He has thorough experience of audit of a varied type of business and social organizations in public and private sectors. Over the years he has also gained expertise in business advisories and consulting, policy development and analysis, system design and development, operations analysis and information system audit.
